These sandals are very comfortable. The soles are a little squishy, the inside of the straps are lined with soft padding, so no bothersome or scratchy straps, and the Velcro is easy for a kid to use. The bottom of the sandal is rubbery, and won’t slip easily if wet. This style is cool for summer and stays on foot running around. The weight is medium, not light as air like the cheap foam slides you see, but not uncomfortably heavy. They seem to be well made. The only way to know is to wear them all summer! The size is accurate to the size chart. My daughter wears size 3 tennis shoes, and her feet are 8.25 inches heel to toe, so this size 3 is a little big, with a little room for growing feet over the next six months.

My daughter loves these! She says the bottom is squishy feelings, and she thinks it is comfortable compared to sanadals with a hard rubber bottom. There is neoprene covering the heels and the straps that go across the top of the feet, so it protects from blisters. My daughter is 7 years old and wears a Size 1, and we bought her Size 1. It fits JUST right. I think if you wear half sizes, you would want to size up. Another note: My daughter has a high in-step and somewhat wide feet, and the adjustment ability of these made that a non-issue with these shoes. We are very happy with the purchase!

My 8 year old loves these. The colors look cool. They are so comfortable, he has worn them all day playing at the park and out back and has not had any blisters or rubbing. There is padding in the back around where your Achilles tendon is so that must be why. That’s so nice that he can run and play in these. They are adjustable as well so they will fit him for quite a while. He can put them on quickly, which is great when we are trying to get out the door if you know what I mean!

The footbed is soft and seems like it would be comfortable. The colors are "super fun". The sandals are easy to put on and the straps are easy to adjust for size.
