 What Size Am I?

How Do I Find My Order Status?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor your package's status. If you need help locating this information, please reach out to us at help@stellenow.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

 Can I Change or Update My Order?

We work hard to process orders quickly, so once an order is completed, we cannot make changes. However, if you contact us right after placing your order at help@stellenow.com, our customer service team will do their best to make adjustments before it is packed for shipment. While we can’t guarantee changes, we’ll do everything we can to help!

Are Returns Free?

A $6.99 shipping fee will apply to returns.

The Style/Color/Size I Want Is Out of Stock. When Will You Be Restocking?

If the item you’re after is out of stock, don’t worry! Just sign up for "Back in Stock" email alerts on the product page, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s available. We release new collections every season, so we’re sure you’ll find something new to fall in love with in the meantime. If it’s been a while and your favorite item hasn’t been restocked, shoot us an email at help@stellenow.com and let us know—we love hearing which styles you’re excited about!

 How Do I Wash My Products?

We recommend washing our garments with mild detergents at low temperatures. This is environmentally friendly and better for the longevity of your clothing. Detailed care instructions are also available on the product page of each item.
