I ordered the ruby red dress thinking that this would be a great holiday dress this winter. I think I nailed it! The color is rich and very saturated, perfect for holiday photos.
The fabric is easy to care for – cold water wash then hang to dry or use a low setting on the dryer. The polyester blend means no ironing needed. It is so easy to care for it can be washed weekly or even more often.

This dress came out of the bag nearly wrinkle free and ready to wear—no fussing with an iron. It’s a charming, well-made piece that feels perfectly suited for young girls. The fabric is soft inside and out, and the quality shows in the details: every seam is double-stitched with a surged finish. This dress is cute, and material is soft, comfortable and the dress is easy to put on independently. It fits true to size and washes up easily. We like that the skirt is good for twirling and that it has cute little ruffles at the hems of the sleeves.

This is a dress that could be literally worn to a very dressy affair or a much more casual outing depending on socks and shoes or her jewelry and how her hair was done.
This is a wash and wear dress that should need little or no ironing which I am extremely fond of. I do keep an upright commercial steamer for the majority of my clothing and you could easily steam this velvet if it creases. Everything will look freshly pressed even though it is not.
