My fancy child prefers fancy shoes, and her carter's black mary janes are starting to fall apart. These are a great replacement for her: sturdy, comfortable, and easy to velcro! The velcro seems very strong, too, and should hold up to many, many uses. My kiddo loves the bows and they meet her level of fanciness (which is high!).
