This sports bra is more like a lounge type bralette. I have found that these are much more comfortable than your standard loungewear and offer a bit more support without being constrictive.

This does have triangular removable pads which are pain in my opinion but so common. When I washed and dried this the pads actually did stay in place and did not become misshapen. I don't know if I will have such good luck the next time it needs washing but I was impressed the first go around.

The fabric is soft and stretchy. But it does offer a decent amount of light support. I wouldn't use this for high impact activities but for lounging, running errands, even something light impact like leisurely walking or yoga I feel like this would offer enough support.

I am happy with the construction and material and I would purchase again.
