This is a lovely minimalist pull on ballet skirt. The flowy fabric is light enough to not add heat/weight, but thick enough to provide coverage aided by the high-low hem. I love the texture and sheen and the skirt stays in place well during a versatile number of activities, such as dance (obviously), barre, yoga or other athletics as desired. It fits true to size and looks great leotards and leggings or bike shorts. Affordable, at $14.99 (when ordered) and I would buy more though I wish they offered colors other than basic black and white.

This skirt is the perfect ballet accessory for anyone who does ballet! This skirt fits wonderfully, with the wide band making sure it doesn't shift around, and the longer back making it the perfect length. The skirt twirls just a bit when you move, so you have movement but not to the point where it would be distracting in a class. The material was very stretchy and breathable, which made it very nice to wear. Overall, I loved this skirt and would highly recommend it to anyone who does ballet.

Use:Adult ballet class outfitPro's:- fabric is soft- the waistband is very comfortable- fabric isn't going to crease when thrown into a bag- true black colorNeutral:- fabric is not very see-through- I ordered too big of a size. I think the Large or medium would have been better (5'4" and about 140 lbs)- the hem isn't finished, just left cut, but I'm not sure that this fabric will fray- the hem is longer in front and back and higher on the sides. (I prefer the hem to be higher in the front.)Con's:- I don't like the fact that it isn't see-through, because I want my teacher to be able to see enough to correct my body positioning and placement. But, others may prefer not being able to see through it.
