I’m so excited to add this piece in with my workout sets! I’ve never had or worn a shrug but sometimes when I’m in my cute workout clothes I feel a little bare and this solves that completely! I tried it on with a halter neck bodysuit to see just how much coverage I get and it completely covered my exposed back, shoulders, and arms. It’s very soft, and made out of a fabric that will maintain its color throughout the many washes it will receive. I didn’t dry it in the dryer because I’m a tall girly so I hate shrinking but I imagine it will dry nicely too. It even has those cute thumb holes to keep it in place if your activity requires it. Overall I'm extremely happy with the quality and definitely recommend getting this, I’ll be buying it in more colors for sure! Great fit and value!
TL;DRSoft, lightweight, stretchy fabricCan be worn with or without using the thumb holesComfortable for yoga, walking, and everyday activitiesProvides good arm and shoulder coverage without feeling restrictiveEasy to layer over sports bras, tanks, and sleeveless dressesProvides light warmth without the bulk of a jacketVersatile enough for workouts, errands, and casual wearI ordered the XX-Large in black and have enjoyed having it on hand when I want a little extra coverage for my arms and shoulders. I simply prefer having my arms covered, so while it's designed for athletic wear, I've also worn it with sleeveless dresses. The open-front style keeps it from feeling bulky, and the fabric is soft and stretchy enough that I don't really notice I'm wearing it. I like the thumb holes, but I don't always use them. Sometimes I leave my thumbs out, which makes the sleeves a little longer, and it still looks and feels fine. The fabric is lightweight and breathable, so it adds a little warmth without making me feel overheated. It's worked well for walking, running errands, and everyday wear.Fit is always subjective because everyone is built differently. I have thicker upper arms and shorter arms, and I found the sleeves comfortable without feeling tight. The stretch in the fabric allows for easy movement, and I haven't noticed any pulling when reaching or bending. The stitching looks neat, and everything has held its shape so far. I've only had it a short time, so I can't comment on long-term durability or pilling, but based on my experience so far, it's been a versatile piece that I've reached for more often than I expected.
Wow, I'm actually impressed and surprised by how much I really love this little piece of clothing. I like it more than I thought I would, especially since absolutely LOVE cotton in all of my clothing, and this is all synthetics and plastic containing NO cotton whatsoever. By definition, I should hate this shrug. In fact, I surprised myself by purchasing this thing. But I love the fit, and I love that it isn't a huge, sweater shrug, which is always what I've seen. This is a little non-descript, subtle, unassuming little semi-jacket without getting in the way. And it is so soft, and not cheap feeling or looking, which is one of the many reasons why I hate wearing synthetics. But this thing is different. For reference, I am 5'5", 110 lbs., 36A and I purchased the large, because by looking at the pictures, it looked like it fit tightly, and I hate overly tight clothing. I think I can say that I made the right decision in getting a large for my small frame. It feel comfortable, and just right on. It is soft, and has enough room, that I don't feel like I'm having to pull on it to cover up. It also has thumb holes to keep it on, and provide warmth to your hands.I'm a former ice skater and coach, and this shrug reminds me of the soft nylon wrap jackets I used to wear that they also wear for ballet practice. So I know you have to size up for a comfortable, and which still maintains a body-hugging fit.I originally got this to wear with several evening dinner dresses I have that are both sleeveless and short-sleeved, thin fabric. This will be perfect for that without taking away any of the look of my dresses, since there is little of it showing in the front. I like that I don't have to wear a baggy sweater that would cover up my beautiful dress. You know the problem. You want to keep your arms warm, but you don't want to cover your dress up. I always get cold at dinners because they keep the restaurants cold and the A/C turned up, even in the wintertime. So I always have to bring a sweater, but this ruins the look of my dress! Hopefully, if I am not too chilly, this shrug will be enough, as it is so cute. And it will be nice that I don't have to rely on a knit sweater shrug or jacket. This shrug is soft to the touch, made from nylon and spandex, and I wish it came in other colors from this seller, but I did find another 2-pack for $10 right here on Amazon, though the fabric is a little different blend, complete with thumb holes, and other colors, also with thumb holes from other sellers here on Amazon. I do know I love the feel and softness of this one.I would say, size up at least one size, maybe two sizes for a super comfortable fit that still maintains a bodycon fit.For the price of $20, I think this shrug is a little over-priced, and should be about half this for a good value.

I absolutely love this bolero shrug! I tend to get cold when I’m out at restaurants, events, or anywhere with strong AC, but I also don’t like fully covering up my dress with a jacket or sweater. This is the perfect in between option. The material is really soft, stretchy, and comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I also love that it’s pretty thin and lightweight, so it doesn’t make you feel overheated or bulky. It layers beautifully over dresses and gives a nice polished look without taking away from the outfit itself. The fit is flattering, easy to move around in, and it’s great to keep on hand for weddings, dinners, date nights, or even everyday wear. Definitely a staple piece to have in your closet if you like a little extra coverage without sacrificing style!
TL;DRAn absolute game-changer if you want to wear sleeveless tops or spaghetti straps again without showing off your upper arms. The fabric is smooth, the fit is completely true to size (Large fits a 10-12 perfectly), and it builds a seamless illusion even under a shirt. Highly recommend for a major confidence boost at a great price!I have been a fan of boleros for a long time, but things changed after I lost a lot of weight naturally. Working the weight loss only to end up at 56 with some pretty serious arm flab meant I completely stopped wearing t-shirts and spaghetti strap tops. This shrug completely change the game for me. The fabric is nice and smooth, and the fit is incredibly accurate—I am a standard size 10-12, and the Large fits my shoulder width and arm length like a glove. Now, I can confidently pull all my favorite sleeveless tops out of the closet again because this bolero provides excellent upper-arm support and hides my little "secret" perfectly. It is so low-profile that I can even layer it under another shirt without ruining the illusion. For the price, the quality and the massive confidence boost it gives me make this a total win.P.S. Since French is my first language, I had my AI buddy polish up my grammar—the 100% authentic opinions (and the arm flab) are all mine, but Gemini helped me keep the illusion seamless!
