These are advertised for young girls, but the 12-18 yrs size fit my size 9 adult feet just fine! The size guide says that size should fit feet 9 inches - 10.5 inches measured heel to toe.The socks are super cute and don't look too childish for adults. The thin stripes provide a pop of color and the rippled top of the sock makes them feminine and gives a little pizzazz.The material is soft and feels comfortable on my feet and the top of the socks aren't too tight at all. The socks washed well in warm water and dried on medium heat. They looked like they had shrunk a little in the dryer, but they are stretchy and didn't feel like they were any smaller on my feet. I plan on wearing these socks with my Chuck Taylor hi-tops and dresses this summer. The little ruffled area will peek out for a cute look and the socks will keep my shoes from rubbing my ankles.I think these socks in all the colors are a good addition to the wardrobe of girls of all ages.
