This athletic skort is a really cute style. It is made out of a lightweight material, which will be good for summer and the built in shorts are a big plus for comfort and coverage. The added pockets are nice for holding a phone, keys or any small items that someone might want to keep hidden. The ribbon tie details are a nice bonus if you want to dress your outfit up. This is a cute skirt overall and I would definitely recommend this item.
This skort is cute and versatile. The outer fabric is very lightweight and flowy. For my almost five year old the skirt is long enough to work dressed up, but the shorts underneath make it great for activewear also. As the tag says, the skirt launders up great. All of the wrinkles fall out and it looks beautiful. The shorts are well made of a stretchy fabric. The wide, stretchy waistband makes the skort comfortable to wear. Overall I am happy with this skirt. The price point is a little high, but I expect it will get a lot of wear and be handed down to little sister, making it a decent deal.
I thought this was cute even though I am in my 20s and selected the Stelle lavender athletic skirt in the fourteen to fifteen year size because I wanted something cute, light, comfortable, and easy to move in. Even though it is designed for younger girls, I am older and still found that this skirt fit me beautifully. The moment I put it on, I understood why so many people love this style. It was flattering, comfortable, and surprisingly elegant for an athletic piece. When I first touched the fabric, the softness stood out right away. The skirt is made from a blend of ninety eight percent polyester and two percent spandex, and the material felt smooth and airy. The high density chiffon layers created a tiered silhouette that moved gently with every step. The bow accents added a sweet touch that made the skirt feel playful without looking childish. The built in shorts were my favorite feature. They were stretchy and secure, and they gave me the confidence to move freely without worrying about coverage. The shorts had a moisture wicking feel that kept me comfortable throughout the day. The two side pockets were surprisingly useful. I slipped my phone into one pocket and my keys into the other, and everything stayed in place while I walked and ran errands. The high rise elastic waistband sat comfortably on my waist. It stayed in place without digging into my skin, and the wide band created a smooth and flattering shape. I appreciated how supportive it felt, especially during longer periods of walking. The skirt never twisted or rode up, and the waistband kept everything secure.I wore the skirt on a warm afternoon, and the chiffon layers kept me cool. The fabric allowed air to flow naturally, and the skirt never felt heavy or clingy. Even though it is marketed for sports like tennis, golf, and running, I found it perfect for everyday wear. I paired it with a simple tank top and felt stylish and comfortable the entire time. What surprised me most was how confident I felt wearing it. Even as someone older, the skirt did not feel too young for me. The lavender color was soft and flattering, and the layered design gave it a graceful movement that made me feel light on my feet. It was the kind of piece that brings out a playful energy without sacrificing comfort or modesty. After wearing it, I washed it in the machine and let it air dry. The fabric held its shape perfectly, and the chiffon layers stayed smooth and neat. It looked brand new again. This skirt was everything. It was comfortable, flattering, and easy to wear. The built in shorts, pockets, and soft waistband made it practical, and the tiered silhouette made it beautiful. It reminded me that styles are me.
This skort is amazing! The material is so soft and silky, and very comfortable. The short part of the skort is very smooth and isn’t too long, while also providing some modesty. The ruffles on bows on the outside of the skort are adorable, well made, and very secure. The stitching seems like it’ll hold up to little girls playing, and seems to be made of quality fabric. The color is true to the picture as well. Overall definitely recommend!
I would say it runs a bit small or true to size. My daughter is a 5-6, and the 6-7 fit her, but it's a little longer than the photo, so it's probably a little big, but I like the current length on her. So for me, it fits true to size. The attached undershorts have stretch to them, so there is some room for stretch with size adjustment. The style is cute. There is a pocket in the undershorts- much like the adult version of tennis skorts. The top skirt is thin but not gauzy. I'd call it flowy. The bows are sewed on so you don't have to worry about them becoming untied. The mom in me likes the attached shorts for modest reasons, and my daughter loves the bow details. The big drawback on these is the same I have with the adult version- the wait and. It's hard to tuck anything in because the stretch athleisure material makes clothing under it look clumpy and lumpy. So, the child either has to wear something extremely fitted or something cropped or have a loose shirt envelop the skirt.Overall, though, it's super cute and I can't wait for it to be a staple in my daughter's summer wardrobe!
