My youngest daughter loves to bead, and we’ve ordered and purchased a variety of beads and kits for her this year. This is her first Christmas set and we are pleased at how thoughtfully it was put together as well as the variety of beads included. There are four different sets of beads here and they are wrapped individually by type. There are large, holiday-themed beads which are great as focal pieces, and include a variety of Christmas-themed items like snowmen and gingerbread “cookies.” Other packages include seed beads, larger round and small beads, as well as letter beads and elastic and cord string with clasps. These can be combined to make an individual bracelet as my daughter made for me, or you can combine with your existing beads. The holes in the beads will fit most elastic and fishing wire, but sometimes seed beads can be tricky so definitely test your materials before beading.

I'm looking forward to making Christmas bracelets with my kids. This set arrived in a small box with individually portioned/stored bead types and accessories. Those little baggies did not contain all of the beads as some of them had come loose into the box. The clasps provided are large- which will make it easier for us to latch. Some of the beads and bead holes are very small which may pose a challenge. The thread/string types provided seem like the kind thay don't like to remain knotted, so I am worried these bracelets are going to come undone unless I can figure out a way to make the ties irreversible. The letters and marble-like beads are going to be a hit! Overall, it is a nice set but overpriced.

This set comes with some elastic string, rings, and clasps to help you get started. I made a keychain using only the contents of this box. The beads are really great quality and pretty. The letter beads are printed well and won’t rub off over time. This is a great value for what you get.
