I honestly have no idea how the prodect was because I got a medium and it was big on me so I emailed the company letting them know and they were super confusing. I normally just buy from Amazon because they are very straight forward about things. This company said I would have to buy my oun label or get one for free and when I said the one for free they were like oh 6 dollars for that so I just gave it to my mom. I really disappointed that I never got to get one that fit me. I think I'll just stick to Amazon from here on.
