Laundered items cannot be returned.
Shoes must not be worn and should be returned in undamaged shoe boxes. Boxes that have been written, taped, or damaged in any form cannot be returned or exchanged.
Stelle reserves the right to refuse any compromised items affected by the individual factors mentioned above.
7. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Once received, we will inspect and process your return within 14 business days. You will be notified by email once your return has been completely processed.
Gift cards purchased through stelle are non-returnable and non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of payment.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS RETURN POLICY
1. International customers shall be responsible for the return shipping cost, any duty and tax that occur when requesting return service.
