In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling photographic images that showcase Stelle Athletica Inc.’s products and brands, connecting customers to their unique experiences. With a focus on specialized photo shoots rather than general production, you will collaborate closely with brand creative teams, providing expert guidance on both creative and technical aspects to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, engaging visual assets. Whether working independently or as part of a team, you will build strong relationships with studio operations staff, aligning your efforts with the team’s overarching operational strategy to drive seamless execution.

• Produce high-quality photographic content that aligns with our brand's marketing objectives and asset requirements.
• Develop creative photography solutions to effectively bring brand marketing concepts to life.
• Consistently meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
• Foster strong cross-functional relationships with both studio operations and brand creative teams, working seamlessly as part of a team or independently while aligning with operational strategies.
• Promote and uphold the company's culture by cultivating an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued, appreciated, and a true sense of belonging.
• Prioritize the customer experience throughout the production process, ensuring the final output aligns with the intended brand vision and enhances the end-user journey.

• Proven experience in high-volume photo production environments, with a strong track record of creating a wide range of professional, high-quality commercial photography assets.
• Skilled in video production, including expertise in video capture techniques, equipment, and digital photography processes essential for executing creative concepts.
• Proficient in technical communication and documentation, ensuring clear and effective project coordination.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, with strong decision-making abilities to successfully manage multiple projects and meet competing deadlines.
• Physically capable of moving equipment weighing up to 50 pounds within the studio setting.

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
