The opportunity

We’re looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to support our growing team across e-commerce, operations, and retail. This role will own day-to-day IT support while helping build scalable systems to support our fast-growing fashion brand.

You’ll work closely with teams across design, merchandising, marketing, and fulfillment — ensuring everyone has the tools and systems they need to move fast.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily IT support across HQ, warehouse, and remote teams 

• Set up and manage laptops, mobile devices, and accessories (Mac-first environment) 

• Administer company tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Shopify, and other SaaS platforms 

• Support e-commerce operations (Shopify integrations, apps, and troubleshooting) 

• Maintain office and warehouse network infrastructure (Wi-Fi, routers, printers) 

• Support fulfillment tech (POS systems, barcode scanners, inventory systems) 

• Manage onboarding/offboarding (account setup, device provisioning, access control) 

• Implement and maintain security best practices (MFA, endpoint protection, access policies) 

• Document IT processes and create simple guides for internal teams 

• Coordinate with external vendors, IT service providers, and SaaS partners

• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of IT support experience (startup or e-commerce experience preferred) 

• Strong experience with macOS and SaaS tools 

• Familiarity with Shopify or e-commerce platforms is a big plus 

• Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, TCP/IP) 

• Experience supporting warehouse or retail systems is highly desirable 

• Ability to troubleshoot quickly and operate independently 

• Strong communication skills — able to support both technical and non-technical teams 

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
