Job Title: Product Designer

Location: Hayward，CA

Job Type: Full- time

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to define product requirements.
  • Generate creative ideas and concepts for product design.
  • Create wireframes, sketches, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.
  • Develop user-friendly and intuitive interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Define user flows, information architecture, and navigation structures.
  • Design interactions and animations to enhance the user experience.
  • Ensure the consistency of design elements and maintain brand identity.
  • Conduct usability testing to gather user feedback and refine designs.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to make data-driven design decisions.
  • Create and maintain design guidelines and documentation for developers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design.
  • Communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Manage design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Ability to create high-quality visual designs, including color schemes, typography, and iconography.
  • Excellent problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience with user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusivity principles.
