We are hiring full-time warehouse associates to handle loading/unloading, sorting, and internal warehouse flow of parcels/cartons in a fast-paced environment, including lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying, scanning, placing, and packing. In addition to pallet (palletized) moves, this role includes manual case/each picking from full or mixed pallets. You will safely and efficiently operate a forklift/order picker and related equipment, handle carton and pallet operations, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy.

Pay: Starting at $20-$25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift/order picker to perform picking and kitting operations
• Pick accurately to work orders (as applicable: SKU/Qty/LOT).
• Perform case/each picking from full or mixed pallets, with secondary sorting as needed.
• Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly ticketed, packaged, and logged, and easily located for replenishment.
• Handle cartons and pallets; perform packaging, labeling, and shipping while ensuring system records match physical inventory.
• Receive, inspect, and verify inbound quantities.
• Perform inventory checks, part-number verification, cycle counts, and support physical inventories; consolidate partial pallets into full pallets to enable location and inventory consolidation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse experience.
• Forklift/high-reach or order picker experience preferred (training can be provided).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Basic scanner/WMS/computer skills (e.g., Google Sheets).
• Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to sudden changes in operational priorities.
• Ability to interact well with others and follow instructions.
• Team player willing to perform other duties as assigned outside the designated role.
• Ability to identify safety hazards or compliance issues and use sound judgment and company policy to assess and plan next steps.

Physical Condition

• Lifting and Carrying: Able to stand for extended periods and lift cartons up to [50 lbs/23 kg]
• Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Pushing and Pulling: Ability to push and pull wheeled carts or pallet jacks loaded with merchandise
• Bending, Stooping, and Reaching: Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
• Physical Stamina: Demonstrate physical stamina and endurance to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
