My daughter wears a 5t so I bought the 5/6. It's tough to pull up so I'd consider sizing up. I'll probably need to buy another one in a few months but very happy with the quality.

My daughter wants to live in this because she says its so comfortable. I got one size too big for her so she could have a little room to grow. Its a bit loose (which is fine), so I imagine her size would have fit perfectly.
